Elon Musk’s Tesla company has said that over a 100,000 people have pre-ordered to buy their Cybertruck.

The armored vehicle designed for long-term use has been announced by Tesla to be bullet-proof. The capabilities of the vehicle were showcased last week in Los Angeles.

While numerous tests were displayed to showcase the endurance of the vehicle, a steel ball test on the vehicles side panes advertised as bullet-proof did crack. Tesla said that they are going to make improvements to prevent such an unexpected defect.

The Tesla Cybertruck valued at USD 39,900 is an electric vehicle.
