The secretary of Chief Justice Ahmed Abdulla Didi has been suspended.

Reports claim that Athika Ibrahim was put on suspension by the Department of Judicial Administration (DJA). The suspension is temporary, and is regarding an investigation by the DJA. The suspension will be over after the investigation is over and DJA makes a decision on it.

JSC is also investigating a case of the Chief Justice, which alleges that he has been obstructing the duties of the DJA.
