MTCC has been contracted to upgrade the harbor in Addu City Hulhumeedhoo.

During a ceremony held today, Director General Fathimath Shana Farooq signed on behalf of the Planning Ministry while CEO of MTCC Hassan Shah signed on behalf of the company.

Planning Ministry revealed that the project is valued at MVR 68.8 million and that it will also include deepening works of the lagoon as well as restoration of the harbor.

The project is expected to finish in 300 days.
