Maldivian event organizer, Highrise, has made history with the launch of the Asia Dive Expo (ADEX) currently taking place in India.

Highrise is one of the organizers of the show.

The ADEX began at 10 a.m. this morning in Mumbai will continue up to 6 October. With representatives from major dive destinations, schools and resorts around the world, presentations are set to be hosted by industry experts.

Maldivian companies taking part in the expo include Kaimoo Hotels and Resorts, Villa Hotels, Cocoon Maldives, Adaaran Resorts, You & Me by Cocoon, Heritance Aarah, Addu Dive, Pebbles Inn and Maldives Holiday Collection.

Speaker of the Parliament and the former President of the Maldives, Mohamed Nasheed is set to made an address at the expo along with Maldivian Dive Instructor, Zoona Naseem and Shaaheena Ali. Director General of EPA, Ibrahim Naeem and the underwater photographer Mohamed Seeneedh.

ADEX in Mumbai is the first dive expo hosted in India. With 25 years of experience, ADEX has been hosted in Singapore, Manila, Shanghai and Beijing.

Partners of ADEC India are Singapore’s Asian Geographic, India’s Invest Solution and Highrise Maldives.
