A traffic collision has taken place on the Hulhumale’ Highway this afternoon involving a vehicle of the MNDF used in motorcade.

Maldives Police Service said that MNDF vehicle was going on the highway towards the bridge when it hit the dividers. The collision was reported to the police around 12:37 p.m.

Police have yet to reveal any further information on the incident.
