President of the Privatization and Corporation Board (PCB), Mohamed Nizar, has resigned from his position.
Nizar has confirmed his resignation today to One Online.
He said that PCB is an institute formed by the law but they no longer have the freedom granted by it. However, he is happy with the progress to the PCB in the past.
After his resignation, he has announced it on Twitter as well.
I have removed my tie after 5 years 26 days at Privatization & Corporatization Board. This totals to 34 years of service to the Nation. Thanks to all the government's, special thanks to PCB board members, @sceraj Siraj & his team who has worked to bring PCB to this level. pic.twitter.com/CeBqosnRWH
