Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has begun ferry services in Faafu Atoll.

MTCC revealed that they have begun providing the Link Ferry Services to the islands of Faafu Atoll since August 10th, and noted that ferry services are provided all days except Fridays.

MTCC will be providing ferry services from F. Feeali till F. Nilandhoo. As such, the ferry will travel to F. Feeali - F. Bileidhoo - F. Magoodhoo - F. Dharanboodhoo - F. Nilandhoo.

Ticket prices for the ferry between the islands of Faafu Atoll stands at MVR 20. MTCC also revealed that the ferries have a capacity of 100 people per ride, and highlighted that you can carry bicycles and light luggage in them.

MTCC currently operates link ferries in six zones. Dhaalu Atoll was the latest zone they had begun, where ferry services began on August 3.
