Maldives Police Service has arrested two who were drunk in Sh. Farukolhu, which is an uninhabited island.

Police on Saturday confirmed that they had arrested two from the island around 12:15pm, after receiving reports of them drinking in the island.

The two arrested are Maldivian men of ages 38 and 36. Police revealed that even though the two of them were under the influence of alcohol, no drugs or alcohol were found with them.

Police is currently investigating the case further.
