City Investments open supermarket under the name 'Souk'

City Investments has opened a supermarket in capital Male' City under the name 'Souk'.

The supermarket was opened last Saturday.

The supermarket located in Orchid Magu was officially opened by Male' City Mayor, Shifa Mohamed. According to City Investments, Souk is the very first supermarket in Maldives with an in-store baking station and dining.

Speaking on behalf of City Investments, Aisha Didi revealed that they will work to keep the quality of available items at a set standard and to provide efficient services to their customers.

City Investments, who were formerly known as City Bakery was first established in 2005. The company sells wholesale and retail of several baking goods and food items and runs their own chain of cafes and restaurants.

Souk is the first supermarket by City Investments. Under their umbrella, four bakeries, two cafe's and one restaurant.
