Aaasandha Company has said that their insurance service was interrupted at the hopitals in India after the third-party administrator stopped the service without any indication.

It was after complaints and concerns were raised by Maldivians in Cochin and Trivandrum, India, took to social media saying that Aasandha service was denied at the major hospitals in India.

Aasandha Company was silent on the matter for a long time without comment before issuing a statement this evening. The statement said that Aasandha service was being provided in Trivandrum and Cochin through a third-party administrator (TPA).

However, on Monday, the TPA put a stop to the service and informed the hospitals that the service will not be offered any more causing the disruption and public concern.

The statement from the Aasandha Company said that Aasandha service have now been resumed at Ananthapuri Hospital, Chaithanya Hospital, RCC Hospital and KIMS Hospital in Trivandrum and the Amrita Hospital in Cochin.
