President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has sent a message of condolence to the King of Saudi Arabia, Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud upon the demise of Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

“It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing away of His Highness Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud. Prince Bandar’s dedication to the progress of Saudi Arabia and his invaluable services to the Saudi Kingdom will always be remembered," the President said.

The message added that the Government and people of the Maldives joins him in extending heartfelt condolences to the King and the members of the royal family.
