Club Eagles and Odi Sports Club played out a goalless draw in the Dhiraagu Dhivehi Premier League on Wednesday.

The result leaves Eagles second in the standings with 11 points from five matches. They remain unbeaten but have drawn their last two games. Victory Sports Club lead the table with 13 points, while Odi sit fourth with eight points.

The match was played in heavy rain, with both sides creating few clear scoring opportunities. Odi’s Ahuzam Rasheed threatened twice, but Eagles goalkeeper Saqib Hanif made important saves to keep his side in the game.

Despite further attacking efforts from both teams, neither could find the net.

New Radiant Sports Club face Buru Sports Club later tonight, with a win giving New Radiant the chance to draw level with Eagles on 11 points.
