Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has decided to advise Chief Justice Dr. Ahmed Abdulla Didi along with two other justices of the Supreme Court.

Wrapping up the investigation on Chief Justice Dr. Ahmed Abdulla Didi, Justice Adam Mohamed Abdulla and Justice Abdulla Areef, the investigative report presented to advise the three justices.

The investigative team has since submitted their report to the JSC, which was accepted during the commission meeting held Monday.

JSC has decided to present the justices with time to respond to the findings of the investigative reports as per their laws.

The Investigation Committee by the JSC includes the Vice President of JSC, Masthoor Husni, Attorney General, Ibrahim Riffath, Judge Uz. Mohamed Eesafulhu, Abdul Rauf Ibrahim, Abdul Hannan Mohamed, the Parliament appointee to the JSC, the MP for Thulhaadhoo constituency, Hisaan Hussain and the President of the Civil Service Commission, Dr. Ali Shameem.

Sources claim that one of the cases that are being investigated includes confiscation of documents of a case which involves former Deputy Managing Director of PSM, Ikram Abdul Latheef.
