The Dhiraagu Dhivehi Premier League match between Gadhdhoo Football Team and New Radiant has been postponed due to heavy rain.

The match was scheduled to kick off at 4pm today at the Gadhdhoo Football Ground. It was set to be the first Premier League match played at a ground in an atoll.

The Football Association of Maldives (FAM) said the match was postponed due to rain and that an updated schedule would be announced later.

New Radiant are currently in Gadhdhoo, and efforts are reportedly under way to hold the match tomorrow.

Another Premier League match is scheduled for tonight in Malé, with TC Sports Club facing Victory Sports Club. In last night’s opening match, Maziya Sports and Recreation defeated Odi Sports Club.
