Presidential Commission on Corruption and Asset Recovery has been summoned to the Civil Court, over a case filed by Bank of Maldives (BML).
The case by BML in Civil Court seeks instructions on how to proceed, where the Asset Recovery Commission had requested details of two accounts opened with BML.
A dispute hearing of the case has been scheduled for Thursday, and the Asset Recovery Commission has been informed to attend the hearing.
BML had previously revealed that the commission had asked for details in two cases that they were currently investigating as well.
