John Keells Properties have signed on as the exclusive property partner for Ninth Edition of the Women in Management (WIM) Awards.
WIM aims to find equal opportunities from the top levels of Keells Properties. The Organization noted that it is something that is very close to the work they do to support female professionals.
Aside from their completed residential projects, Keells Properties is currently running two projects; Cinnamon Life and Tri-Zen.
Cinnamon Life project is the first of its kind in Sri Lanka on the concept of a city within a city. John Keells Properties describe the project as one will change the skyline of the city. The project includes the Cinnamon Hotel with 800 rooms, modern shopping malls, convention centers and luxury apartments.
Believed to be the next main hub of Colombo, the top levels are set to feature fine dining and the chance to shop from global brands. Estimated to be completed in 2020, the apartments are priced over USD 400,000.
The Tri-Zen project by John Keells is aimed to be completed in 2023. The project in Colombo aims to set a different lifestyle aimed at young families and the working youth features single-room to three-room smart apartments. The estimated cost of the building begins at LKR 24 million.
Following the WIM Awards, representatives from the John Keells Properties will be in Maldives until 16 July to give information on the Cinnamon Life and Tri-Zen projects.
