The investigative committee of Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has decided to submit a motion to the parliament to remove Supreme Court Justice, Abdulla Didi from him position.
The investigative committee submitted their report on the case to the meeting of JSC today, where they decided to submit for his removal.
JSC had decided to accept the investigative report regarding Justice Didi's case.
As per their law, the JSC granted Justice Didi a period of 30 days to answer the findings in the investigative report, starting Tuesday.
JSC will decide on submitting for his removal after the 30 day period is over.
