Public Service Media (PSM) has refuted the allegations levied against them by the ACC during a parliament committee meeting.

PSM cleared things up in a statement released Wednesday, where they also revealed that over 20 cases have been submitted to the ACC by PSM.

The statement explained that ACC had the authority to confiscate any materials, equipment or documents that were required for their investigation from PSM. They added that ACC had obtained email transactions and hard disks of employees who were involved in several projects of the company.

PSM described ACC's allegations which claim that relevant documents required for the investigation was not there and that it hindered the investigation as an excuse to file the case without completing the investigation.

PSM further added that ACC was welcome to obtain any document they wanted regarding the case.
