JSC decides not to probe Family Court Judge Huzaifa's case

Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has decided not to probe the case against Family Court Judge Huzaifa Mohamed.

The decision was made during Wednesday's meeting of the commission.

JSC revealed that the investigative team who is overseeing the case of another Family Court Judge had found the case against Huzaifa had no basis, and that they had informed their findings to the JSC.

JSC had decided not to probe the case against Huzaifa further, after looking into the case and finding that Huzaifa had no issie in the case. As such, JSC noted that the DJA had fired the person who initially submitted the case against Huzaifa, after a case regarding that person was submitted to the DJA.
