Judicial Services Commission has decided to seek foreign experts opinion to determine whether Supreme Court has interfered with the Commission and other state institutions.

JSC Director Hassan Zaheen revealed to press that the JSC will seek to determine whether the SC had interfered with the commission’s mandate and to see whether they had overstepped into the purview of other state institutions.

Zaheen noted that the findings of said research will be submitted to the Parliament upon completion, and that since it was of utmost urgency, the Commission has decided to fast track the works.
