Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has decided to investigate cases if Criminal Court and High Court judges submitted to the Commission.

Even though a committee of JSC has decided to investigate the cases, their names have not been revealed. Reports however claim that the cases are regarding Criminal Court Judge Hassan Najeeb and High Court Judge Shujau Usman.

JSC President Masthoor Husnee along with members Mohamed Easafulhu and Abdul Hannan Ahmed are in the committee investigating the cases.

JSC Director Hassan Zaheen revealed to press that the names and details of the judges and cases will be released once the necessary investigative procedures were complete.
