President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has been scheduled to visit Singapore on an official visit.
One Online has learnt that the visit comes after an invitation extended by Singaporean President, Halimah Yacob.
President Solih is scheduled to visit Singapore on June 29, and will spend three days in the country according to sources close to the visit. The President will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Abdulla Shahid and a high level delegation from the Maldives.
A representative from the President's Office was not available for a comment on the visit during the time of press.
