A number of alcohol bottles have been found at a guesthouse in Alifu Alifu Thoddoo.

The bottles were found during a search executed by the Maldives Police Service after it was reported that the guesthouse was involved in selling alcohol.

Police said that 67 bottles and 74 cans of alcohol were found at the guesthouse. No arrests have been made in connection to the discovery.

An investigation is currently underway.
