A group of people have been escorted out of the JSC hearing in their investigation into the Supreme Court Judge, Abdulla Didi, after they raised their voices and attempted to create unrest.

A group of people in the front row raised their voice and attempted to go towards the proceeding. However, they were were quickly stopped by security and escorted outside.

Words got heated between the JSC Committee and Judge Didi’s defence team at the inquiry today. The defence team raised their voice when they weren’t given enough opportunity to respond to the questions.

To which MP Hisaan Hussain on the JSC committee responded by saying that the proceedings go on a specific regulation and advised all attorneys should be discipline. And warned that further outbursts would result in intervention by security.
