A decision has been made to send the Income Tax bill to the parliament.

Talking of PSM’s “Raajje Miadhu” program last night, Finance Minister, Ibrahim Ameer said that the work on the Income Tax bill has been completed and it will be sent to parliament at the end of this month. He said that they are currently consulting the relevant stakeholders regarding the bill.

Minister Ameer said that they will make amendments and debate on the changes before sending the bill forward to parliament by the end of the month.
