The car of the Male’ CIty Mayor, Shifa Mohamed, has been involved in a traffic collision today.

Maldives Police Service said that a traffic collision involving a motorcycle going north at the corner of Shaheed Ali Hingun and a car going from west to east on Majeedhee Magu was reported at 11:50 a.m. this morning.

Although no one was injured in the collision, both vehicles sustained in the collision including a separated buffer on the car.

Police said that both drivers had their driving licenses and the collision is being investigated further.
