A car on the bridge highway ran into the fencing late last night, following a busted tire.

According to Maldives Police Service, the accident was reported around 2:30pm last night. The accident occurred after the tire of a car travelling from Male to Hulhumale busted mid journey.

Even though no person was injured during the accident, the car had gone through various damages.
