APresident Solih highlighted that the Maldives places a high priority on resolving the global challenges facing Muslims, and reiterated the consistent support from the Maldives for Muslim causes, among which our support for the Palestinian right to their own homeland features prominently.

“As the Muslim World prepares for the upcoming Eid-Al Fit celebrations, marking the end of the holy month Ramadan, President Solih enjoins Muslim leaders and adherents of this great faith to pray to Almighty Allah (SWT) for the future peace, success, and well-being of the Islamic Ummah.” President Solih’s statement said.
