Villa Air's Flyme has decided to put a halt on their Addu and Fuvahmulah operations temporarily.

A statement issued by the airline noted that they have decided to temporarily halt their Addu and Fuvahmulah operations. It also added that operations to both destinations would resume in the near future as well.

Flyme's decision comes after a shortage in crew which has left various complaints by their passengers. To tackle this, Flyme revealed that they were working on training pilots and crew as well.

Even though they have put a temporary halt on their Addu and Fuvahmulah operations, they revealed that there were plans to begin operations to a brand new destination. They added that a new plane will be brought in October to prepare for the commencement of the new operations.
