State Trading Organization (STO) has reduced the price on patrol and diesel they sell.

The company said that the decision was made after fuel prices went down on the global market.

The price of a liter of petrol has gone down from MVR 11.49 to 11.39 and the price of piesel went from MVR 12.11to 11.97. The price change has come after a long.

This January, STO dropped MVR 1 from a petrol Liter and MVR 2 from a diesel liter. Since then, the prices have been on the rise due to the changes in the global market.

STO said the company always try to provide fuel at the lowest possible price.
