STELCO's management and employees have donated half a million towards the telethon to raise funds for Palestinian people.

STELCO said on Wednesday that the company's management and employees have been donating to the box outside STELCO as part of PSM's "Falastheenaaeku Dhivehin" under President Dr. Muizzu's initiative.

The MVR 500,000 was handed over on behalf of STELCO employees at the function by PSM to kick-off the telethon at 0800hrs on Wednesday morning. The funds were handed over to PSM's Managing Director Zeena Zahir.

STELCO said the company and its employees with continue to stand firm with the Palestinian people.

The telethon will continue until midnight.

A total of 13 donation boxes have been set up across Male' area and people can donate online to MVR account 7730000655865 and USD account 7730000655866.
