Two people accused of stealing from Maldives Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) have been arrested.

Police said the duo, who were presented before Court on Sunday, had stolen cables from MWSC.

Police submitted CCTV footage and incident report as evidence against the perpetrators.

Based on the evidence, the Court ordered to remand the duo for 15 days in judicial custody.
