STELCO has arranged for customers to file complaints regarding their electricity bills.
Some people are complaining that last month's electricity bill was higher than in the hot season months. Some people even staged a protest in the area where the STELCO head office is located yesterday.
STELCO said in a post on X that customers can submit complaints regarding electricity bills to the company's Customer Service and Billing number 7788438 via WhatsApp or Telegram or [email protected].
STELCO will try to respond to customer complaints within a maximum of 24 hours.
