PSM will broadcast all the Euro tournament matches, Managing Director of PSM Zeena Zahir has said.

Speaking at a media briefing on Wednesday, Zeena said that PSM has acquired the broadcasting rights for Euro which is scheduled to begin on 14 June.

"PSM is the only Maldivian company with rights to broadcast Euro matches. We will broadcast all the matches on TVM and Yes TV, hopefully," Zeena said.

She said that the matches will be broadcast in ultra HD and will viewers will not have to pay any additional fees to watch the matches.

Zeena also noted the public concerns over PSM's failure to broadcast Euro 2020 matches in 2021, adding that it had been due to non-payment of debts owed to Sony which broadcasts Euro tournaments in the region.

She assured that this year's Euro tournament matches will be broadcast by PSM and that the company is formulating a repayment plan for the debt.
