Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) Managing Director Fathimath Thaufeeq (Kudii) has been sacked.

One Online can now confirm that she has been dismissed from the position. She was appointed as the MD of MMPRC on December 17th, 2023.

Her dismissal comes at a time when the Chairperson of MMPRC, Aisha Nurain Janah resigned from her post yesterday. Rafil Mohammed, who represents MATI on the MMPRC board, also resigned last month.

While she has been dismissed from the position, many reports have surfaced claiming differences of opinion between the board of directors and her over how the corporation is run.
