The Ministry of Economic Affairs has announced the construction of a Creative International Art School.
The Economic Ministry said in an announcement today that those interested in developing an art school should notify the ministry by June 30 via [email protected].
The art school will be built to produce workers in the fields, provide training and professional development, and integrate galleries and museums to encourage creative artists and be accessible to the public, the ministry said.
According to the announcement, the art school will be built to accommodate students and include a hostel. The art school will also teach visual arts and crafts, audio-visual and interactive media, technology, and design.
The art school should also have publication and dissemination of knowledge and creative expression to promote creative services and arts.
In addition, the ministry said there would be an opportunity to grant concessions under the Special Economic Zone Framework after considering the proposals for the construction of the school.
