The application deadline for the government-sponsored Student Loans have been extended till May 2nd.

The ministry opened the opportunity to apply for student loans on February 29 this year. The loan opportunity which was opened for 500 students expires today.

The deadline for applying for student loans has been extended until 13:30 on May 2nd, the Higher Education Ministry said in an announcement today.

Under the loan scheme, loans will be issued to new students and current students, the ministry said.

Student loan opportunities include students who wish to obtain a pilot license and MBBS.
