Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has signed an agreement with Ministry of Housing, Land and Urban Development towards the design and construction of 75 flats in Meemu Dhiggaru.

MTCC CEO Abdulla Ziyad signed on behalf of MTCC, and Ms. Zeeniya Hameed, PS, signed on behalf of Ministry at a ceremony attended by Minister Dr. Ali Haidar Ahmed.

The value of the project is MVR 117.97 million.

The housing units under the project will be 1,000 sqft in size. The units will have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and a store room.

In addition, the building's outer walls and housing units will be illuminated, a park and a vehicle parking area will also be constructed.
