People's National Front (PNF) has decided to support Maldives Democratic Party (MDP)'s candidate for Fuvahmulah Dhekunu constituency, Nazla Naseem.

Nazla is former vice president Faisal Naseem's sister and the spouse of former Youth Minister Ahmed Mahloof.

PNF said on Tuesday that the Party decided to support MDP's candidate to ensure the Government does not win a majority.

While PNF has announced their support for Nazla, MDP has announced their support for PNF's Sharafuddin who is contesting for Fuvahmulah Uthuru.
