Male' City Council's Women'd Development Committee (WDC), 14 Entertainment and City Kanmathi Recreation Club are organising Eid celebrations in Male' City.

As such, WDC is organising Eid breakfast for 1,000 pax and Eid gift for 500 children. Additionally, 14 Entertainment will hold an event at Rasfannu at 0930hrs where people can purchase the event t-shirt for MVR 195 to take part in the water splash activities.

Moreover, a bodumas event will be held outside Olympus at 1600hrs along with a Maali parade with a special prize for the most conventional maali costume.

City Recreation Club will hold a bandiya dance performance, bilehfahi neshun, malaafaiy dance with a body beru performance at 1710hrs.

A stage show will also be held from 2030 - 2330hrs on Wednesday night with performances from Equatic Vibe, 1438 Boduberu Group, and some comedy acts. Firework displays will also take place at 2200hrs.
