The Minister of Social and Family Development, Aishath SHiham, has said that discussions are underway regarding the Aasandha model to be implemented in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Thailand as pledged by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.

The minister was asked today in the Parliament which Aasandha services would be available in the UAE and Thailand, and whether the existing services in India would be provided at a higher price point in the new countries. She was further asked whether the current budget would allow for a price increase, and if so how many would be catered to within that budget.
