Ooredoo Maldives organised their first Iftar in Addu City with senior citizens and youth.
This is the first Iftar organised by Ooredoo as part of its CSR campaign 'Israhvehinnaa eku', which aims to provide opportunities for senior citizens and youth to meet in a comfortable environment and build relationships. Ooredoo plans to hold fasts in other parts of the country as well.
Addu City Mayor Ali Nizar attended the Iftar with senior citizens. Ooredoo stated that it was a reflection of the commitment towards senior citizens and strengthening the unity of the community.
Ooredoo said that the company aims to increase participation of senior citizens in such activities, and to create a community in which they become mediators and increase mutual respect for each other.
