Ooredoo Maldives to distribute MVR 3.27 per share

Ooredoo Maldives at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) this evening approved the distribution of MVR 3.27 per share from last year's profit.

Ooredoo held the company's AGM on Thursday night at Central Park, attended by 132 shareholders and 60 as proxies.

The distribution of MVR 3.27 per share was approved by a vote of 82.7 percent of the shareholders, which will distribute a total of MVR 484 million to shareholders as share profit.

Ooredoo has distributed a profit of MVR 3.04 for 2022 shares.

Mohamed Shahid and Fariha Shareef contested for the board on behalf of the general members of Ooredoo. Shahid was elected to the board with 1,053 votes from shareholders.
