President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has stated that another hospital will be developed in Hulhumale'.

In the government's "Raeesge Javaabu" program, a resident of Hulhumale' shared his concerns about the health services of Hulhumale' Hospital and asked the President what the solution is.

Replying to the question, the President said that improving the health system in the Malee City area is a high priority of the government and the work of providing quality health services is progressing at a fast pace. The results will be seen very soon, he said.

"We believe that hundreds of thousands of people are currently living in Phase One and Phase Two in Hulhumale. The Hulhumale Hospital needs to be upgraded dramatically when it serves so many people. We also need to build another hospital. So we will continue these efforts," he said.
