President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has revealed that the government has completed 150 of the 161 pledges in the 'Hafuthaa 14' roadmap.

The President, who answered questions from the public directly at a forum at Sultan Park last night, said the current state of the Parliament, influences the power of governance or the power of government. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the people to elect a parliament that will cooperate with the government's promises to the people, he said.

"You can see how things have gone in Parliament in the last three months. This government has fulfilled 150 out of 161 promises in 14 weeks, 100 percent of them," he said.

He said 80 percent of the remaining 11 promises have been fulfilled in a week Therefore, even while the government is performing well, the parliament is not approving the ministers without any basis and is trying to remove him or harass the government, he said.
