A new land use plan has been released for the development of Gulhifalhu.

According to the plan released by the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) on Friday, the administration has earmarked a large area for land and social housing.

Land has also been earmarked for providing basic amenities to the people living in Gulhifalhu, as well as for parks and playgrounds, as well as for economic activities. Land has also been reserved for industrial activities and the development of city hotels.

Land has also been earmarked for wholesale and retail trade.
