Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has launched their 'Take Off' forum.

The two-day forum at Crossroad Maldives is aimed at taking the work of various departments of MACL to the same level and to work together to achieve them by sharing the milestones set for this year.

This is the first such forum to streamline the functioning of MACL and formulate the year's work. Another such forum will also be held to complete the year.

Speaking at the inauguration of the forum, Managing Director and CEO of MACL Shareef said that

the aviation sector is a very quick changing sector and it is important for MACL leaders to be sensitive to the changes.

"Focusing only on short-term issues will take away the future from us. We have to be very dynamic and know how to respond immediately to market changes. Many a times, companies fail because of lack of vision," Shareef said.
