The Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Resources, Ahmed Shiyam, has said that the work to be done to bring Thaa Atoll Funaddoo into operation is being studied.

The minister was responding to a question by Thimarafushi MP Abdullah Riyaz on the date on which fish will be purchased from Funaddoo.

He said it was difficult to say when Funaddoo would be brought into operation this year.
