President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has said that the administration will work on developing Th. Atoll.
Speaking to the people of Kandoodhoo today, the President said that the island will be developed as a development-oriented island and will do as much as the people want to achieve their desired goal.
In addition to this island, this atoll will also be developed into an atoll with developed islands.
"The main message I want to convey is that I will put an end to the fact that this atoll has been cut off from radar so much and left behind," he said.
The President said that he would inaugurate the stalled projects in the island.
"Once this trip is concluded, we will expedite the work of the hospital and finish the hospital with a laboratory. I have already mentioned problems in stalled projects. The companies were largely mismanaged. We will build a separate jetty for ships as well as water and sewerage project in Kandoodhoo," he said.
Pointing out that the village is an agricultural island, he said the government will work on addressing the land scarcity issue in Kandoodhoo.
He added that new opportunities for tourism would be created through the revival of the entire economy.
