A special bureau has been set up to look into public complaints to the Home Ministry.

Home Minister Ali Ihsan said in a post on X today that while working to resolve major and systematic issues within the home sector, intermediate and permanent, he will also look into important issues raised through letters, meetings, and social media.

Accordingly, he is in the process of setting up a public complaints bureau, which will be the central point of public concern regarding the services provided by the agency, he said.

While a bureau has been set up to look into public complaints, the minister recently decided to include a person who expressed his views on social media on the issue of illegal immigrants in the agency’s task force.
